YOCHIA believes that using whole, natural, plant-based ingredients is essential to good health and full flavour. All of our products contain chia seeds, which are raw and live. Our snack is packed full of omega-3, fibre, protein, minerals, and antioxidants. 

 

 

SPOTLIGHT ON CHIA SEEDS

Chia seeds are WHOLE FOODS that are packed with nutrients. They are UNPROCESSED and UNREFINED, and are highest plant-based source of omega-3, dietary fibre, complete protein, and antioxidants.

PROTEIN

Chia seeds contain all the nine essential amino acids, making it a complete protein. This means it has all the building blocks that our bodies need to create proteins within our bodies (for our human muscle, skin, hair, etc.)--and most individual vegetarian sources do not have this (they need to be eaten in food combinations). That makes chia seeds great for vegans and vegetarians! 

OMEGA-3

Omega-3 is extremely important for brain function and cardiovascular health. Though it is vitally important, it's not so easy to get in our daily diets, especially if you don't eat fish! The great thing: one portion of YOCHIA contains 3.5g of omega-3--more than enough of daily requirement!

FIBRE

Chia seeds have a high level of both soluble and insoluble fibre, which can aid in digestion and help you feel fuller for longer. It also helps you maintain steady energy levels, and maintain a healthy level of cholesterol.

MIRCONUTRIENTS

Calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium. Lots of goodness, you body will love you.
